Abstract
This paper documents the experience of a researcher who uses her research center as a training site to develop behavioral science researchers. It addresses the importance of students' selection, the flexibility of the research environment and the multiple activities provided to develop young students into researchers. Comments of some participants of the Facilitator-Mentoring Model are also documented.Entities:
