A solitary jejunal vascular abnormality: a source of massive rectal bleeding.

Abstract

Haemorrhage of small bowel origin may prove to be a clinical and diagnostic challenge, particularly when the bleeding is massive and continuous. Such a case is described where the source of blood loss was a jejunal vascular abnormality.
