Abstract
The treatment of pediatric malignancies represents one of the success stories of modern medicine. As survival has increased, the focus is now on minimizing harmful effects of treatment. There continue to be late toxicities and secondary malignancies of the genitourinary (GU) system for childhood cancer survivors related to the specific therapeutic exposures. A systematic approach is important for prevention and treatment of these adverse late GU effects.Entities:
