Abstract

The case of a young woman with a history of resolved Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, anxiety, and abdominal mass is presented. Pathologic examination confirmed paraganglioma. Despite catecholamine secretion and preoperative beta-blockers, cardiomyopathy did not recur.
