Abstract
Refractory Kawasaki disease is difficult to treat and may require retreatment with intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG), methylprednisolone or other immunological agents. Two cases of refractory Kawasaki disease are described who developed coronary aneurysms despite two courses of IVIG and subsequently responded to intravenous methylprednisolone.Entities:
