Abstract
Congenital homonymous hemianopia isan uncommon entity usually diagnosed in early adulthood, with the patient having no prior knowledge of a visual field defect. The authors describe an 18-year-old woman with asymptomatic congenital homonymous hemianopia and an unusual constellation of associated intracranial abnormalities.Entities:
