Abstract
The anatomy of the gastric veins and gastric varices is complex, and is difficult to understand even with digital subtraction angiography. In balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO) of gastric varices, accurate assessment of the vascular anatomy is essential for successful treatment. Here, we report the case of a patient with gastric varices who was successfully treated with BRTO using three-dimensional rotational angiography.Entities:
