Abstract
While Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is known to complicate asthma in adults, its association with childhood asthma is very rare. We present two patients, a four-and half year old boy who presented with severe asthma and a 12 year-old girl whose previous chest radiographs revealed fleeting opacities. Both were diagnosed to be suffering from ABPA.Entities:
