Abstract
A rare case of recurrent Castleman disease is reported. A 49-year-old man was referred to our division under the suspicion of mediastinal tumor. We performed tumor resection successfully, and the tumor was shown to be Castleman disease by histology. The patient had a past history of this disease, therefore it was suggested that the tumor recurred at the same site 20-years after removal.Entities:
