Abstract
We report a case of variant angina with a classic clinical presentation complicated by polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. The diagnosis was confirmed by demonstrating ST segment elevation during an episode of angina and subsequently by inducing multi-vessel coronary spasm with ergonovine. The patient was treated successfully with long-acting calcium-channel blockers and nitrates.Entities:
