Abstract
A 9-year-old immunocompetent male patient with primary central nervous system anaplastic large cell lymphoma was treated with 5 cycles of intensive chemotherapy including high-dose Ara-C, high-dose methotrexate, etoposide, and carmustine along with intraventricular chemotherapy followed by high-dose thiotepa and carboplatin with autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He received radiotherapy as the final therapy and has remained in remission for 26 months off therapy.Entities:
