Abstract
Dual left anterior descending artery (LAD) is a rare coronary artery anomaly. Dual but normally originated LAD has been usually reported to have no clinical significance. In this case report, we present a case of a middle age year old male with atypical anginal symptoms in whom coronary arteriography showed dual LAD with anomalous origin of one branch from the right coronary artery.Entities:
