Abstract
A case of congenitally corrected transposition presenting for the first time with second-degree AV block in a 76-year-old woman is presented. This case demonstrates that congenitally corrected transposition can remain asymptomatic and undiagnosed, especially when no other cardiac defects are present.Entities:
