Abstract
Because of the lack of information on men's health issues, and the substantial economic and morbidity impact of chronic diseases in this population, the current study describes the prevalence and burden of the top ten chronic diseases diagnosed in males age 65 and older. This study will provide insight to providers and benefit administrators seeking to develop educational and therapy management programs to reduce acute and long-term complications associated with the most prevalent chronic medical conditions.Entities:
