Abstract
Nonpenetrating aortic root injuries, including aortic transection, coronary artery dissection, and aortic valve disruption, are very rarely seen and difficult to diagnose. This case was determined to be a combination of all three of these injuries. The management of this patient's injuries was also a challenge because of a history from previous drug-eluting stent implantation.Entities:
