Abstract
Sclerosing mesenteritis is a rare inflammatory disease of the bowel mesentery of unknown etiology, which can be mistaken for malignancy. We report a case of a 60-year-old male patient with sclerosing mesenteritis as a rare cause of upper abdominal pain and digestive disorders, and present the corresponding magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings indicative of the underlying disease.Entities:
