Abstract

The left main coronary artery (LMC) is generally considered to be between 5 and 15 mm long. We report a case with the longest angiographically documented LMC (41 mm) in a patient with acute inferior myocardial infarction. Copyright (c) 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
