Abstract
We present a patient with Parkinson's disease who experienced laryngeal spasm after tracheal extubation without having been anesthetized. This patient's trachea was intubated because of respiratory arrest. We postulate that her postextubation laryngospasm was related to Parkinson's disease.Entities:
