Abstract
Leukocyte recirculation through central and peripheral lymphoid organs and peripheral tissues is essential to maintain immune homeostasis. Some of the genetically determined, primary immunodeficiencies compromise leukocyte trafficking. Here, we review the mechanisms and consequences of impaired leukocyte trafficking in leukocyte adhesion-deficiency syndromes, Warts-Hypo-gamma-globulinemia-Infections-Myelokathexis syndrome and Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome.Entities:
