Abstract
A novel protoberberine alkaloid, 13-hydroxyl gusanlung A (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Gendarussa vulgaris Nees, along with 16 known compounds. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence or comparison with authentic samples.Entities:
