Abstract
The use of (1)H NMR experiments to determine the solubility of potential drug candidates using a panel of solubilizing agents is proposed as an alternative to an HPLC-UV method. The advantages of using this approach will be discussed and results comparing the two methodologies will be presented. This effort highlights the importance of a simple method for determining a suitable formulation for discovery compounds for studies using a minimal amount of material in support of early in vivo studies.Mesh:
