Abstract
Double right coronary artery (RCA) arising from two separated ostia in the right sinus of Valsalva is an extremely rare coronary artery variation. We report a case of double RCA detected by multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT). MDCT allows three-dimensional comprehension of the coronary artery anatomy and it is extremely useful to identify coronary artery anomalies.Entities:
