Abstract
Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in children. Primary omental neuroblastoma has never been reported in the English literature. A 4-year-old girl presented with a mobile abdominal mass; primary omental neuroblastoma was diagnosed. There was tumor recurrence after complete tumor resection. She received chemotherapy and underwent laparoscopic resection of the recurrent tumor. There was no tumor recurrence after 1 year of follow-up.Entities:
