Abstract
ALS is a fatal, neurological disease of unknown origin with no present cure. A recent pilot study has shown that L-threonine, an essential amino acid, may be effective in the symptomatic treatment of ALS. Relevant information discussing the potential role of L-threonine in the treatment of ALS is presented.Entities:
