Abstract
Melanocytomas are tumors of the neuraxis seen predominantly in adults. The authors report a case of a thoracic intramedullary melanocytoma with long-term follow-up of 8 years postsurgery. Melanocytomas, although rare, must be included in the differential diagnosis of intramedullary spinal cord tumors.Entities:
