Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis of the chest wall is rare and associated with high mortality. Herein we present a patient with necrotizing fasciitis who was managed successfully with aggressive surgical debridement combined with an aeration system that provided effective aeration and drainage of the infected tissues.Entities:
