Abstract
We describe a simple blow-back technique that can be used to confirm the patency of a peripheral iridectomy. Flow reversal is used to flush the iridectomy specimen onto the corneal surface to look for the presence of iris pigment epithelium in small basal iridectomies fashioned using a vitrector.Mesh：
