Abstract

We report on a 57-year-old woman who underwent transcatheter occlusion of a residual classical Blalock-Taussig shunt with the Amplatzer(R) Duct Occluder II (ADO II) 35 years following definitive surgical correction for tetralogy of Fallot. (c) 2008 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
