Abstract
Hemangiomas are rare benign neoplasms of the heart generally diagnosed in young or middle-aged patients. We report a case of asymptomatic 71-year-old-woman in whom the tumor was detected after an echocardiogram. Echocardiography directs the diagnosis toward a cardiac mass but some aspects can suggest the hemangioma; MRI and coronary arteriography establishes the diagnosis showing the typical tumor blush.Entities:
