Abstract
The presence of unexplained umbilical cord ulceration and hemorrhage has been sporadically reported in fetuses with antenatally suggested intestinal atresia. This case report illustrates a patient with spontaneous intrauterine umbilical cord hemorrhage, captured by real-time ultrasonography, in the setting of jejunal atresia with volvulus of the distal jejunal segment.Entities:
