Abstract
The medial tibial syndrome is the most common overuse injury, which occurs at the inner border of the shin, mostly in the lowest and middle thirds. It is characteristically a chronic compartmental syndrome and its treatment is fasciotomy if conservative management to allow healing fails.Entities:
