Abstract
An extensive critical review of the methods utilized to determine trace formaldehyde concentrations is presented. The methods are grouped under the physical techniques employed and are discussed with reference to interfering agents, sensitivity, reagent stability and analysis time. The applicability of the procedures is considered for routine monitoring of occupational and environmental exposure to gaseous formaldehyde.Entities:
