Abstract
A subacute ascending polyradiculoneuropathy was the main feature of a primary meningeal B lymphoma in two patients. Tumour cells appeared in the CSF eight and six months respectively after the onset of the disease. Treatment by intrathecal methotrexate resulted in transient improvement.Entities:
