Abstract
Cellulose acetate coatings containing the light-activated antimicrobial agents toluidine blue O and rose bengal have previously been shown to be successful in killing a range of microorganisms. Here, we report on the ability of these coatings to achieve reductions in the microbial load on surfaces in a clinical environment.Entities:
