Abstract
Psoas abscess is a very rare complication in pregnancy. It creates difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. In our patient pain, fever, leukocytosis and Magnetic Resonance Imaging led to the diagnosis. It was the first manifestation of Crohn's disease.Entities:
