Abstract
We present a 27-year-old woman with non-systemic diffuse lymphangiomatosis of spleen and liver. The tumour consisted of capillary and cavernous lymphatic vessels located in abundant fibrous tissue. The vascular endothelium showed immunoreactivity for factor VIII-related antigen. A basal lamina could be demonstrated immunohistochemically and by electronmicroscopy.Entities:
