Abstract
Torque teno virus (TTV) DNA was quantitatively detected in influent and effluent samples collected from a wastewater treatment plant in Japan, with the highest concentration being 4.8 x 10(4) copies/liter. Genogroup-specific nested PCR demonstrated that TTV of genogroup 3 was the most abundant in wastewater among the five genogroups tested.Entities:
