Abstract
Cerebral manifestations of Erdheim-Chester disease are variable, giving a picture like that of multiple sclerosis. White matter lesions are located mainly in cerebellum and pons and lipid granulomas in the meninges. An asymptomatic lesion in the choroid plexus, with prolonged uptake of Gd-DTPA is described for the first time.Entities:
