Abstract
A case of ileocecal intussusception following inversion appendectomy during a Ladd's procedure for malrotation is presented. In this case, the inverted ischemic appendiceal remnant was presumed to have acted as the leadpoint for the intussusception. The advantages and complications of inversion appendectomy, along with technical considerations are discussed.Entities:
