Abstract
Recent reports have shown that carpal coalition, previously regarded as an asymptomatic congenital anomaly, may be an unusual occult cause of wrist pain. Two cases are presented as the first reported examples of congenital piso-hamate fusion creating symptoms due to associated arthritis or occult fracture.Entities:
