Tenodesis of the chronically unstable distal ulna.

Abstract

Treatment of the chronically unstable distal ulna often requires reconstruction using tenodesis techniques. A review of described techniques for distal ulnar stabilization is presented, addressing chronic instability with and without distal radioulnar joint degenerative disease.
