Abstract
Dorsal and palmar subluxation of the distal ulna can be difficult to both diagnose and treat. Patients often present long after their initial injuries with posttraumatic arthritic changes in the distal radioulnar joint. Hemiresection interposition arthroplasty is a salvage procedure that is reliable for both pain relief and restoration of motion.Entities:
