Abstract
A synthetic strategy towards new aromatic nucleoside derivatives introducing additional aromatic functionality placed in the major groove of a modified DNA duplex is presented. The functionalities are introduced using Click Chemistry conditions and found to increase the overall duplex stability.Entities:
