[Quantitative analysis of bergenin in herba Ardisia japonica Bl by TLC-densitometric method].

Abstract

A method for the determination of bergenin content in Herba Ardisia japonica was established by the use of TLC-densitometry. The method is sensitive, simple and convenient, with a recovery of 101.2%.
