Abstract
Solitary pulmonary papillomas are rare benign tumors in adults. Glandular papilloma is the rarest subtype among them. In this report, we describe a case of glandular papilloma that showed unique computed tomography features. It was a round nodule containing air spaces encapsulated with a smooth and thin wall, which suggested its endobronchial origin and a secondary change owing to air trapping.Entities:
