Abstract
RNA interference holds great promise for antiviral therapy, but delivering effective quantities of small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) into the right target cells in vivo represents a major challenge. Kumar et al. (2008) now report a technique to target siRNAs specifically to T cells to suppress viral infection in a humanized mouse model of HIV/AIDS.Entities:
