Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma arising in mature cystic teratoma of the ovary is an uncommon complication occurring usually in elderly woman. We present an unusual case of a post-menopausal woman with a synchronous mediastinum teratoma. While ovary tumor was symptomatic, mediastinal teratoma was an incidental finding. To the best of our knowledge, this association is the first to be reported in literature.Entities:
