Abstract
Four children with Takayasu's arteritis were treated with tumor necrosis factor antagonists because of disease relapse during conventional therapy or as a first-line agent. Two patients went into remission; in the other 2, the response was partial. Anti-tumor necrosis factor agents can have a role in the treatment of Takayasu's arteritis; further controlled studies are required.Entities:
