Abstract
Percutaneous intervention of tortuous coronary arteries can be challenging. We describe four cases that illustrate complications associated with coronary tortuosity (coronary dissection and stent loss) and strategies that can improve procedural success (such as use of soft delivery catheters, deep guide intubation, meticulous vessel preparation, and use of short, thin-strut stents).Mesh:
