Abstract
Spontaneous diabetic myonecrosis is a rare complication of diabetes mellitus. It involves mostly the thigh and calf muscles. It presents with acute leg pain, without any evidence of systemic illness. Diagnosis can be difficult and delayed. Here, we report a case of a 65-year-old man presenting with this complication.Entities:
